Brow Bar Services
Benefit’s in-store brow services are a cornerstone of the brand’s business but the creative supporting them hadn’t been updated in years. With a new focus on modernizing the service experience and educating both consumers and internal teams, Benefit needed a complete creative refresh to reintroduce its brow services with a more elevated, trend-forward look and feel.
Produce a full suite of campaign assets that include model photography, educational videos, and social content that could be used across retail environments, training materials, paid media, and organic social channels to highlight the expertise and artistry of Benefit’s brow services.

Produced all key visual assets, from casting talent to managing crew, negotiating vendor contracts, and running the on-set shoot. Oversaw execution to ensure photography captured the artistry and transformation of Benefit’s brow services.

Produced multiple education and service demo videos designed for in-store education, training modules, and social storytelling. Partnered with internal Education teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of techniques.

Worked closely with Creative, Education, and Global Marcom teams to align on messaging, creative direction, and asset needs across different regions and platforms.

Directed the capture of supplemental content optimized for TikTok and Instagram to extend campaign reach and relevance.
