The POREfessional Foundation

With the launch of Benefit’s new POREfessional Foundation, the goal was to create a comprehensive library of campaign assets that showcased the product’s 40-shade range and its key benefits while keeping the content social-first, globally adaptable, and visually iconic.

The Challenge:

Deliver a high-volume, high-impact shoot that could serve every channel from product pages to TikTok trends, on a tight timeline and within budget.

My Role:

  • Built a detailed production timeline and shot schedule, managed creative reviews, and coordinated cross-functional approvals with Global Marcom, Product Innovation, and Creative.

  • Sourced and negotiated contracts with photographers, stylists, glam, and video crew. Led casting for a diverse 40-shade model lineup that reflected our global audience.

  • Oversaw all on-set logistics — from call sheets and talent scheduling to real-time shot list adjustments ensuring the shoot stayed on time and within budget.

  • Managed the editing and review process, routed feedback, and delivered final assets formatted for social, digital, retail, and global markets.
